Hi all I have been doing slimming world for 5motnhs now and lost 4 stone 8.5lbs and want to start the couch to 5k tonight...... Really excited! Even though it's raining and cold I have decided best time to start at least it can't get worse..... I'm doing it in reading if anybody wants to join me or I can join them would be great.
Update....
Just had a shower after my 1st day and it was amazing really enjoyed it especially in the rain..... This is going to be a challenge I'm going to enjoy and push through and then keep it up...... Thank you for all the support is amazing.
