It says to have rest days so when do I run do I run every other day or is it once a week or everyday im really confused on what im meant to do....

The programme is set up so you run three times per week, with at least one day of rest between each run. I run every other day, but you can have two rest days if needed as well.
Agreed, the app is quite clear it's 3 times a week with at least one rest between runs. Did my first tonight and actually enjoyed it!
Decide when you are going to start, get togged up with podcast ready and just follow the instructions. Always have at least a day's rest between runs, as a beginner. They are as important as the running sessions. So you can run every other day, or if you follow the weeks, then do three runs per week with two rest days at some stage.
Remember, you are in control. If you need to repeat runs then do, but if you complete then you are ready to move onto the next one. Good luck on your running journey.
Thank you I don't have the app I've just downloaded the podcasts but will try with the three times a week don't want to over do it and put myself off will be starting this week
As everyone else I tend to run every other day but sometimes have a two day gap for one reason or another. Good luck and enjoy! 😊
I did it first run down calves feel tight but I'm feeling good will be doing it every other day
