Hope I am on the correct site this time. I have not done any Park Runs for a few months and want to get back into it. I have down loaded Couch to 5K plan but how can I jog/run & count 1 minute, I cannot jog,run & look at my watch grateful for any advice, in the past I have used lamposts as a guide.

If you have downloaded the nhsc25lk podcast you don’t have to worry as the lovely Laura will tell you when to run or walk. If you are using the nhs app then you have a choice of five coaches. Hope this helps.
Thanks for replying. I printed off the bbc C25K as I found it easier to understand than the race for life one. I'm not highly technical & not sure about downloading, (68 years young lady) Do I download to my mobile & are my mobiles headphones ok, I would greatly appreciate your advice. I do go to the gym 3 times a week.
Yes you can download it to your phone you then have Laura and her choice of music or you can go to the App Store and get the nhsc25k app. You then have the choice of five coaches including the lovely Laura but you can use your own music. Yes you can use the earphones that come with your phone or you could get some Bluetooth ones. Hope this helps I’m not too tech savvy myself
Use the bbc get inspired app as you can play your own music at the same time. Your trainer automatically cones on telling you when you start and stop etc. It’s the sky blue coloured app. Well done 👍🏽
