The old mojo has gone a bit struggling to get out regularly now currently running once a month now. Not great but still mind over matter and running non-stop 5Ks at around 34 mins with my music. Did my local Parkrun for this month hoping to get out more but will see. Hope everyone is well and managing to achieve what they set out to do. Photo of new pup now 9 months. Groomed and new collar.

Lovely little pup Papillion17, not heard from you for a while, nice to know that you are still running non stop 5Ks in around 34 minutes and glad that you are still going to parkrun 🏃

managed 3 5k runs in August so a bit of an improvement for this month. Times are improving and no after affects but still not enjoying it as much as previously will just have wait and see.

Sometimes the toughest thing is getting the trainers on and getting out the door! You've got some good results on your 5Ks! Well done.

Keep us posted...I'm sure your pup will inspire you...
