I don’t normally post, I prefer to read other people’s. But I finally graduated last week, it has definitely taken me longer than nine weeks and I am definitely not running 5k anytime soon. But I can now run for 30 minutes and that feels pretty amazing when I think back to how I started. I am still very slow but hoping speed will come with time.

That is amazing. Congratulations. I remember when I graduated it felt awesome. I top am all about completing the 5k and consistency. Keep doing it even on the days you feel you can't. Push through. You will always feel better.
