Was planning to run week 9 run 3 tomorrow morning but due to work commitments decided to go at 6 this evening, managed it but bloody hell that was hot, really had to push myself during the last 5 minutes, it was a real killer but I definitely wasn't going to not finish the last run of the programme. Managed 5.6 km, course was hilly as well so reasonably satisfied.
Now I need to consolidate for a couple of weeks at 30 minutes and then slowly start to increase the running time, so I understand, the goal is to get to 10 km.
Happy running!
