Hello Oldfloss, can I have a badge please? Felt very pleased to have completed the programme but I’m now in that slightly strange “what next phase”. Been repeating W9 runs for consolidation but yesterday did my first run without Jo Whiley’s encouragement. Also switched off the music. Found that hearing my own footsteps made it easier to slow down, so I chugged along at a steady pace and decided to take a detour from my usual route. Got lost in my own thoughts & was very surprised when I checked my watch and found I’d covered 6km and been running for 45 mins. Had a little panic that I might have overdone it so walked the rest of the way home. Feeling fine today though 😃

Thank you! And this forum has been a big help getting me this far. It’s a hotbed of positivity and helpful advice. The downside is that I don’t post much because most of my questions have already been answered (usually via that brilliant FAQ post that Iannodatruffe authored a few years ago) 😉
