It finally happened, I completed run 3 of week 9 today! I never ever thought I could get to this point, 42 years old, very overweight and always said I would never/can’t run. But here I am, I can run for 30 minutes! I am not the fastest, in fact I am definitely a snail but I ran continuous for 30 minutes three times this week wow!
Thank you everyone for all your support, here’s to the next goal of running a 5k at Parkrun 😀😀
