Just on my way to gym to do my 1st run on treadmill as weather is awfull but not gonna let it stop me from starting the couch to 5k nervous not run in years

Congratulations on starting C25K. You’ve done the hard bit by just starting. It’s so natural to feel nervous, we all were when we began C25K. However you’ll over come your nerves and before long all you’ll want to do is run😂😂.
