Hi Everyone

I have just started the couch to 5k, I’m on my second run of week 1, run 1 was brilliant, but my legs feel like lead today! Wish me luck!

Keep it slow & don’t think about your legs, plan your next holiday 🤣Hope it goes well. Great that you have W1:1 ✅ Well done!!

Great for getting started. Make sure you drinking at least 2-3 litres of water per day and keep your legs moving on rest days I do walking. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck😊😊

I cycled on day off to keep legs loose. Not sure this is ok.

Trainer have been in the cupboard for 10 years!!! The wife asks me why I don’t wear them, I replied “they are my shoes for when I run a marathon!” She laughs 😂

I just finished my second run today as well. My legs also feel pretty sore so you’re not alone!

Maybe we can be online buddies for the next 9weeks , I have decided to run Mon Wed Friday,

I think I ran too fast on the 1st run.

W2R3 today

Was hard work after the weekend, running MWF . Thought W2R2 was gonna be easier, struggled on 1st bit of run then enjoyed the rest of it. What do you all think of Strava? It only makes me want to run faster! 😳
