Keep it slow & don’t think about your legs, plan your next holiday 🤣Hope it goes well. Great that you have W1:1 ✅ Well done!!
Great for getting started. Make sure you drinking at least 2-3 litres of water per day and keep your legs moving on rest days I do walking. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck😊😊

W2R3 today
Was hard work after the weekend, running MWF . Thought W2R2 was gonna be easier, struggled on 1st bit of run then enjoyed the rest of it. What do you all think of Strava? It only makes me want to run faster! 😳
