W6r3 due tomorrow but I’m going out so can’t do it in the evening but I have come up with a wheeze. I usually cycle from work to the station to get home in the evening but I am going to try ruining it tomorrow as it’s just about the right distance for the required run.
It’s going to be interesting as I’ve done all the programme on a treadmill so far and this will be my first outside run. Also I’ll be running through the heart of London so I’ll have a nice big audience 😂😂😂
Wish me luck 😀

I hope the run goes well and that you really enjoy running outside. Hopefully your route won’t be too congested. Which station are you running too? I’m power walking from Farringdon to the Barbican this evening so will look out for you 👀. 😀
Haha we will be close I’ll be running past the Barbican, through Smithfield’s then down Fetter Lane through Aldwych and over Waterloo bridge to Waterloo .
Well I'll be walking up Cowcross Street around 6pm, then along Charterhouse Street, then down Aldergate Street as I"m actually heading for the London School For Girls for a Choir Rehearsal . I shall look out for you and if I see any runners I will give them a cheery smile in case it's you. LOL
I hope you enjoyed your outdoor run. I saw a young girl running past with a back pack on and I wondered if it was you, but didn't like to stop her to speak in case it wasn't you and she thought I was a nutter!!!
