Week 7 demon banished

Well it was 7 years ago I started c25k, covid hit me bad and kept me out for a couple of years, and the other years I picked up niggling injuries.

Yesterday I completed w7r2, the furthest I've ever made it. The pace was hardly blistering, but it's all uncharted territory from here on in.

7 runs left until graduation, can I do it? I don't know, but I'm going to give it a damn good go!
