I'm onto week 7!! Can't quite believe that I am running for 25 mins non stop... And not finding it impossible! But its in black and white with a map and speed on my phone (i use the rundouble app so i can listen to my own music) so I must have done it!! To anyone starting out, you CAN do it! 6 weeks ago I barely managed the first run of week 1 and was knackered afterwards, and here I am, first run of week 7 done!! Loving it!
