Hello, I recently came across a book titled Chi Running. I haven't heard of this but wondered if anyone has tried it.Thank you

I don’t have any experience myself but one of our admins Annieapple is a massive ambassador for this. She’s on a break at the moment but I’m sure when she’s ready, she’ll tell you how wonderful it’s been for her.

Yes, I read it a few years ago, and found it very useful. I can't really remember if it improved my pace but I do remember feeling much more relaxed while running. Funnily enough, I found it in a pile of books last week, and I intend to go through it again very soon.

Give it a go, you won't regret it.
