Running shorts

Hi, does anyone have any recommendations for the best value “under shorts” for men? I mean the ones that are Lycra that come to just above the knee (and stop chafing on longer runs 😂). There seems to be a massive range of brands and prices. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Cheers Chris!

I would wear runderwear for long runs or events. I'd also wear ones from boo hoo that are also good MAN DASH CONTRAST STITCH LONG LENGTH SPORTS BOXERS.
