Does anyone have any recommendations for ladies running shorts or cropped leggings that will stay in place? I have some cropped leggings that I got from Sainsburys which would be great, except they roll down around the stomach, which is distracting. Looking for shorts that don’t ride up and cause chafing!
Any ideas? Thank you 😊

Hello!! I wear a skort, found on amazon, I wasn’t wanting to wear shorts, this is ideal as it’s shorts with an over skirt, cool and comfortable. It’s like a tennis skirt and has various secure pockets in which I can carry my phone, key and tissue. Recommended!
Hi, I got some Karrimor cropped leggings from sports direct, got a size larger than I usually take and they light weight but not see through and perfect for jogging, they also have a small zip pocket at the back, plus a very reasonable price. Hope this helps. I’m not brave enough to wear shorts!! 😊
Decathlon Evadict ( used to be Kalenji) baggy trail running shorts are very good. Lightweight fabric with an inner pant. Zipped pocket on the front and back, plus four Elasticated mesh open pockets on front and back of hips. £14.99. I’m a 10/ lockdown 12 🥴 and I wear a medium. Oh, and the shorts aren’t baggy at all just not tight.
Matalan Souluxe blue tie dye shorts. Nice and bright ( matching vest top as well ). Lightweight fabric with inner Lycra shorts which do not ride up when running. Think they were about £12. Reviews said they came up big, I ordered a size small (yay 😁) perfect fit.
I’ve always bought my leggings from TLCSport.co.uk. They also do shorts but I’ve not tried those yet. They’re mid price range, lots of choice of styles, but predominantly black. I’ve also just taken the plunge and ‘invested’ in some gorgeously coloured and patterned Sweaty Betty’s to compensate for all that black, more expensive though! Leggings from TLCSport (full length, 7/8, cropped) are a super fit, holding you in all the right places and, with a wider than average waistband, have never yet rolled down for me, despite some very bendy Pilates moves 😂
