Firstly thank you again for the support and advice here it has been such a help - after my 18mins last week I managed the 20mins today and was ok by the end of it. I felt very rattled at the start my nerves were going but then settled after about 5 mins. I slowed right down and really tried to work on my breathing. I really can’t believe it ! Am so happy to be a snail right now 😀

Snail's Rock... totally ! The slow and steady gets us to the most amazing places! Very well done to you. Move on to Week 6. I can upend some folk but you are totally ready for it.. just take it steadily and enjoy
