What happend to the podcasts?

Are there runners from outside the UK - who cannot download the App as it not available outside the UK - and use the series of podcast on the NHS website instead? So playing it over the internet 4G live every time. Since a month the links to these podcast have been taken down.

I have been running in France for about half a year now - and stick to the last week episode of C5k running, as maintenance run during workweek evenings. This program changed my life for better. I love having Laura with me on the run, and even the music as we do the warm up walk ('Julie, I have enough ...' )

Does anyone know where the last postcast might be found? If possible afterall . Wish you all good running!

I’ve just checked and I can still see the nhs couchtp5k podcast when I search for it. I’ve just been using it myself again and recommended it to my young nephew so I was concerned but it’s still in there as far as I can see

Dear Limeberlou and Cmoi,

Thank you so much!

I had a peek in the C25K podcasts as well - speed, stamina, run on the beat? Mayby just what I need because I have absolutely no style and just focus on making it to the end. And not 1 meter more.... I run after 8 pm when people are off the street. Lovely to have the podcasts back... whishing you nice and happy runnng.

You're welcome AlsaceRunner .

Re the C25K+ podcasts, they're the original versions with a lot of counting to the beat and music created for that purpose. Although I found them literally intolerable, other runners love them and find them very helpful. Worth a try to see how you react.

Happy running to you too!

The links to the podcasts have now been updated on the “How to run C25k…a guide” page so hopefully they’ll be easier for others to find!
