W9R3 Completed

Up early to avoid the sun. Enjoyed first 15 mins and the last 1 min - when I finally found myself on a lovely, flat long stretch of road - that was indeed a glorious minute (or 2 😜). Feel quite emotional tbt as I really thought my running had been consigned to history. Thank you for all your support and encouragement πŸ™ ❀️

This is the end of the C25K but the start of your new journey. Enjoy many more miles and smiles and make sure you stick around and tell us all how it’s going!

Aaww, thanks for this. It's very kind of you. Going to do 2- 4 weeks of 3 x 30 mins run as advised in a post I saw from John W. Onward and onward πŸ’• Off to get my badge now. 😊😊

Do too, shake those runs up... pop in some shorter ones and maybe some longer ones too.... the 30 minutes ones too !

πŸπŸ€— Well done and yes it is emotional when we realise we can really do this! It’s a game changer actually! Self belief and confidence are so needed by every runner because we all have bad days.. however getting the trainers back on and getting back out there is all that matters.

Yeah and I'm looking forward to mixing it up with a few different consolidating runs. Thank you πŸ’•
