I've only gone and bloody done it !!!β ππββοΈπ£πππ₯°
Yesterday morning completed W9R3 and an extra 15 mins ..... unbelievable - How does that happen?
A couple of days off now and then consolidating for a few weeks. Hoping to make it part of my life now - no 10k for me just 5k 2-3 times a week. Very happy π
Thanks to everyone for all your support - for all the funny stories and encouraging posts from so many different people
What a great community - couldn't have done it without your help πππ

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K, now go and celebrate your wonderful achievement with π· or a extra large Easter egg π₯
Consolidating for 3x 30 minutes for a few weeks is a good tip. After that, even if you don't want to get to 10K, If you increase your distance on just one run a week you will get build stamina and those 5K will get even quicker. BTW fantastic news on your graduation. You deserve your Easter Egg!

Congratulations Kes101 - fantastic achievement! Enjoy those consolidation runs and whatever you choose to do afterwards, be it staying with 5k or deciding to join us on the bridge and step up to 10k (which is possible because I did it! Albeit reeaally slowly!).
