This is my first post! Ive been quietly running for 5 weeks in my local park!
Im 22 years old and have been on a weight-loss journey for just over a year. Ive lost 3 and a half stone to get to an average weight for my height (5'3") I decided I wanted to excersize to tone up after my weight loss!
After dreading the 20 minute run from day one, I've finally done it!!
It feels amazing to have done it. Even if it was slow! (people walking their dogs overtake me ππ)
I cant wait to see how I feel after 30 mins at week 9

Caterpillars in clogs overtake me!!!! It's funny, that run puts the fear of God in so many but most (judging by posts on this forum) actually manage it fairly comfortably! That said, the apprehension and fear of running for 20 minutes solidly can ruin the run before you even start it so well done - sounds like you've been on a journey that you should be extremely proud of!
