Decided to dip my toe in this afternoon and do a run post the lurgy. I still have a headache but knew my energy levels were better. I was due to start W7 but decided to do a 20 min run instead just to see. Def experienced the toxic tens but enjoyed it once through that. Also, interesting that I considered doing 20 mins just to see how I am when at the beginning of this year I couldn't run 2 mins even on a good day. That's the beauty of this programme - doesn't just change your fitness but changes your attitude and self-belief too. ππ

Yes who knew I would look forward to going for a run! Well done for battling through, the first 10 mins is pure hell but then something kicks in, not every time but enough to keep me doing it. Keep up the good work.πββοΈ
