Now feeling very unhappy with myself, had no problems with any of the other runs until today. Started a cold yesterday but still thought I should go for a run this afternoon and only managed about 20 mins before I had to walk.
Do I redo all of week 6 or try the last run again on Sunday? Will be going in the morning as have now decided that I prefer running then as less people to see me.

i failed this run the 1st time too, failed it the 2nd time but managed the 3rd time, so i wud just keep tryin it till u do it, maybe go a bit slower than normal, gud luck
Yep, having a cold doesn't help. If you feel ok try again on Sunday. Go SLOW, better to finish than feel horribly defeated because you had to stop again. Time to build speed when you've finished the programme and can go thirty minutes.
Having a cold is rubbish and puts anyone off their game.
I agree with Carole if you feel ok try again on Sunday and just concentrate on completing it, not trying to go fast. If I'm struggling I chant (in my head) to myself "No matter how slow I'm going, I'm still lapping everyone on the couch."
Good running
I distract myself while I'm running by converting kms to miles, watching people training for triathlons disappear onto the horizon, trying to breath more quietly, anything but thinking about how much further or longer I have to go. Do what's right for you. Wait for your cold to go, go back one or two runs, and when you try W6R3 again don't think about the time or the distance, go slowly, and have confidence that you will finish it.
... And dont forget you still ran for 20 minutes which is an amazing achievement! I can never excercise when I have a cold. I cannot do it so well done on even doing the 20 Good luck trying again!
Thanks for the encouragement, as my cold felt a bit better decided to go out this morning, and ran very very slowly for the full 25 minutes. Now feeling much happier about continuing.
