Stepping Stone Run 2 completed now. OMG, it’s hard as the extra 5 minutes is brutal. My breathing is controlled and I feel that arm movements are more structured rather than flapping about. Keep going my friends as we’re smashing it! 🤪😮💨🥵😘

👏👏👏well done heti..I'm still on the walking program hopefully soon I'll be able to do a bit of running
Well done Heti👏👏you are doing great 👍😂😂

On you go... very well done you! Just try to relax into the runs...and believe in yourself... we do

Well done Heti! I graduated C25K a couple of weeks ago and have since done runs 1 and 2 of 'Beyond' twice, and my first parkrun last weekend. So I'm happy. Yes doesn't it feel like a big step up!? But by the 2nd week I found both these runs felt just a little easier, so keep going 🙂

well done Heti! I remember that cadence training one as being a bit of a killer. Can’t remember which one it was but it came with horrendous music - I don’t know if it will have changed though. It was a set of 3 podcasts. Keep on - the stepping stones are really good training!
The 'Beyond' one (that appears on the C25K app when you've finished the initial 9 week programme) doesn't have any music, just Steve Cram, so you can play your own or download one of the excellent Pacesetter playlists from BBC Sounds

Morning Heti, well done you. It's my Stepping Stone Run 2 this morning, it's quite blustery here though, but still going to go for it.
I thought Steve Cram gives great advice don't you? Though it was a bit like yoga, there was quite a bit to concentrate on, trying to do everything properly!!
I feel so annoyingly enthusiastic about it all, I want my friends to feel the same, but they aren't like minded!!
My little bone of contention is my phone, trying to devise a waist belt thingy to put in, it's ok in my jacket pocket atm, but find it annoying when I unzip the jacket when I've warmed up!
Better get myself moving, have a good day.
“Nobody puts baby in the corner!” You go girl and well done you. I’m not running this morning as I’m tired after a busy day in the garden yesterday but I’ll be on Run 3 Tuesday morning. Have a great weekend 😘🙏💚
A quick suggestion about the annoyance of a phone flapping in a jacket pocket....Next time you are shopping for shorts or leggings, look for a pair with a hidden phone pocket. They are designed to hold the phone firmly against your body so it won't move. If leggings have a pocket it will usually be a zip pocket at the back. Personally I find that a little bit awkward to reach. The best solution I have found is a pair of running shorts from Contra. They are double layered shorts, fine for running in summer. I wear them over leggings in winter (= triple layer, which keeps me warm). The internal stretchy layer of the shorts has a phone pocket at the side of one of the legs. Sure, a phone pocket adds to the price of the clothing, due to the extra detailing needed during manufacture, but it's well worth it. Happy running.

Sounds like you are doing really well! I did the stamina run today. Yep 40 minutes! It was very windy so I ran on the treadmill. My first ever 5k in 41 minutes. Just keep going! I’m a similar age 58. We both need a big pat on the back! I’ve never run 🏃♀️ so far since school!
