Second consolidation run of C25K.

I'm just going out and running with the third podcast of Week 9 and running as usual without thinking about pace or distance and finding with each run that without trying I am going further in the 30 minutes.

I'm not pushing myself as I have a ParkRun coming up and want to be fit to do this.

I'll go out on Friday and then to fit in with the change for next week I'm going to run Tuesday and Thursday, so that I can have the day's rest before the ParkRun next Saturday in London.

Well done blueCal, That a really good time. I graduated nearly three weeks ago and am now running 5k four days a week. The fastest I can do 5k in is 30.33 and that is really pushing myself. Also I am very jealous of your calorie count. I burn a measly 300. Great job!

Thank you.

I wouldn't trust the calorie count part as different apps give me different results, working with the same personal information. If yours says 300, I would question that as even for 30 minutes walk your calorie burn would be higher than that. I might be wrong.

I think the apps work on your height and weight. Just check your settings. ;-)

I'm sure the ParkRun will go well, I just hope the weather in London is slightly better than here in Scotland, but it won't put me off.

Pictures will follow. Need to find a way of putting up more than one 😂🤣
