I went out for my 3rd consolidation run today, even though my guts weren't quite right.
I decided that I would put the W9R3 podcast on, but instead of running out for the whole 30 minute section I would turn back at the halfway point.
The most important thing was I completed the workout.
I had also thought I had started the MapMyRun app for the running section, but when I got to the end I realised I must have pressed the button twice and paused it, so I didn't get the running section distance. Heyho these things happen.
