Thank you all for the support for the upcoming w5r3, today is the day. Its raining again in rural essex but I think I may have found a flatter route, may be a bit of a cop out but it's making me more mentally positive, so it's on with the shoes and off we go, the hill finish will always be there for another day.

Good luck to you Maybeinjured on running run 3 of week 5 today, take it slow and steady, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself and report back here on how you enjoyed 👍 🏃🏾. I certainly hope it doesn't live up with your username and you have NO injury

Hope your W5R3 session goes/ has gone amazingly - I'm sure you'll smash it. Just keep it slow and steady. I don't think it's a cop out to avoid a hill run at the end - in fact, it makes sense to ensure your route is as doable as you can make it. As you say, it will always be there for when you're feeling up to it. Good luck!

🍏🤣 It certainly will! We do what we need to to get through a run. You did exactly that! Week6 :1 is the fun run…the run that proves you have what it takes!! Enjoy it!

Hope it went - and continues to go - really well!

I very much seek out flatter routes. Some slight inclines sneak in but the hills can wait until I've got my 30 mins done and consolidated. To go from non-runners to 30 mins during the course of this program is its own hill - we don't need more just yet. Well done to you 👏 😊🙏
