Finished on a high this morning! W7R3 was significantly more comfortable. My stamina is improving and I’m breathing easier: I’m now able to breathe through nose instead of mouth which is more effective for body. It amazes me that I’ve persevered with this journey for past 7 months and that I’m actually enjoying the process!
