Nearly there, completed the 2nd run of week 9 today, I'm really glad I started the programme I feel alot healthier and fitter along with my other excersises, routine fell off the first half of January since my brain was still in holiday mode but today is back to buisness as usual. Will be a graduate on Thursday when I do my final run of week 9
Just looking at the topics and there's one called virtual 5k, what is this?

🍏 Such excellent progress and closing in on the goal. Some races can be entered virtually. If you cannot get to a venue you enter the race for a virtual run and run the race where you are with your phone clocking up the stats.. never done one myself but know others have like MissUnderstanding She will give you more advice!
If you look above on the pinned posts you can read the graduates chats and get some ideas about consolidation and what next for you! Love to hear there what you are planning!
I think the virtual 5k topic used to run before I joined! As far as I know, ( Oldfloss might help here) it was a place to post about a weekly run of 5k to encourage people to get out there and run. Now, there’s a weekly parkrun thread over on Bridge to 10k which I think basically serves same purpose-a place for people to share about a 5k run they’ve done. It’s definitely not something that’s still running in the same format so I’ve removed the topic.
Virtual events can be really wonderful alternatives to the traditional way of entering races. I’ve never done one but I’m sure Folkylass has…
Good luck with your graduation run Mmcv96 ! You’ve done all the training. It’s just one to chill and enjoy! We’re all ready to celebrate with you! ❤️
I am not sure about the virtual 5k but well done on getting there and it is great to hear you are feeling the benefits. Once you finish there is the graduate forum where you will find ideas for consolidation and really good advice about how to approach your next steps 😊 all the best for your final run!
