I’ve been so sedentary for a month (the boomerang cold) and not as active as usual for 2 months. I’m going start jogging walking again as it’s such a good way to feel fit. I’m aware I’m less flexible than used to be, so thinking of adding flexibility and strength training at home. Please can anyone recommend good dvds, videos or podcasts?

That would be a good place to ask! I really like Yoga with Adriene which is free on YouTube. She’s my go to for home workouts!
