Hi all I only got to W2 R1 when I fell of the loft ladder -not recommended at 45 I don’t bounce as well as I used to! So I’ve decided to restart I’m 5ft 8 and weigh 81.5kg I’m a size 16. I do struggle with depression and my mood is not helped by how I feel about my body so wish me luck!

Well done on deciding to start again 😊 I too am a size 16 and don’t like the way I look so i can sympathise and I’m 41 and we definitely don’t bounce as well! I did the app last year and got to W5R1 then went away for work and missed a run and never got back into it. Then tried again from the beginning then fell down some stairs sprained both ankles and that was me don’t for a few months! I’m now on W8R2 today and I’m buzzing I can run for 28 minutes! I even ran while away with work this year so I didn’t miss any runs! I haven’t seen any weight loss as yet or a change in my shape really but I do feel great when Ive done a run and feel like I’ve got more energy in general. I know until I can run for long enough to make a difference I won’t see a change physically so I’ll keep going and hope you do too! We can do this! 😁

I need to plan my week I’m goi g to restart Bodycoach HIIT as well and try to eat better

Just choose your days and stick to them 😊
