Today I did W1R1 when I was out for a walk... Impromptu!!
It's been very hot where I've been, and I haven't been in a proper running routine for quite a while, have had a sore knee and hip... Anyway when I went out for a walk this evening I just felt like starting again, so I did! From memory though, so I did 1min run, 1min walk, 8 times, and later when I downloaded the app again I see the walks were meant to have been 90sec...oh well!
I was comparing how it felt to when I first did C25k in lockdown... I was out of breath that first day and thinking wow I am even less fit than I realised! But today it felt good... I didn't go fast, just comfortable, and it was so nice to do it again. I want to keep it up now!
