I started c25k back in Jan and got to week 4 and then found various excuses not to do anymore. But now I'm back to it - restarted at week 3 and did run 1 of week 4 this morning. Feeling good about it this time.

Well, depending which hemisphere you're writing from, you probably have spring on your side now. January isn't the easiest time of year for running - certainly not here in Scotland!
This time, hang about on here (while you're not running, not during your runs...) and hopefully knowing that we're cheering you on from cyberspace will make a difference. It can also give you accountability. For instance, now you have told us all that you're doing this, you'll have to do it.
Thank you for your kind words it's definitely nicer now that it's lighter and warmer - I'm based in Wales so mixed in terms of the weather.
Rain and heavy rain.
