Week 2 completed, happy I decided to do it now instead of repeating week one, I might have been underestimating myself but it's done, I only got to week 2 run 2 the last time I done this a few months back so this is also a new personal best for me, roll on week 3

🍏 so, so well done! 👏 A personal best is always to be celebrated! Don’t doubt yourself ever. Each time you put on your trainers & run you have already won. No matter how the run goes, we learn from each one, something more about running and something more about ourselves. Repeating runs or weeks if necessary proves you have grit and determination to get to the end. You are on your way now! Believe in yourself because you can definitely do this!! 🙌
