Just an update really that Week 2 is now complete and I will be doing Week 3 Run 1 tomorrow! It's a nice feeling to know that I've successfully stuck with 2 weeks of the plan and, though it's really difficult, I'm feeling a great sense of achievement and ready for the challenges ahead!! Well done to everyone else for getting this far

well done. i feel i have let myself down by not getting out tonight to do w3R1 rain, dark home from work late, hungry so ate and then decided cant run after eating ; {
Tomorrow is another day ... Don't feel too bad about it, we all have days like that. Just make sure you get out there tomorrow and you'll be back on track Think how great you'll feel when you've finished the run tomorrow ... And keep us posted on how it goes. I'll be out there attempting W3R1 too

I'm starting week 3 tonight as well! A bit nervous, but I felt nervous starting week 2, and it actually felt better than I thought. I'm really enjoying the challenge and like you say, the sense of achievement. And it feels really good to stick at something. Good luck!
Did Run1 this morning - the 3 min slog was challenging, but I made it! And it did feel quite good to finish and prove to myself that I can do it. I know you just have to trust Laura but sometimes I look ahead at what the week entails and I think 'really?'. It's easy to doubt yourself, but as so many other people say, a lot of it is a mental challenge. Believing you can complete the runs each week. Feeling good and I hope you will be too when you finish the run! Good luck
