Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum and C25K, that run to many is the hardest run of the whole program, remember to drink plenty of water the to avoid dehydration, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1, good luck, I hope you enjoy your running journey with C25K ๐ ๐๐พ
