🍏Time is running out

A week today we will be packing and starting our long journey back to the UK🏡 We arrived in Calgary after a wonderful week in the mountains to this glorious sunset. I managed 3 runs and lots of outdoor swimming in the hot springs plus lots of walks. This made it easy to do a 4k run here yesterday. It’s amazing how cross training aids our runs! If you haven’t been across to S & F site yet do explore it. Lots of fun. 🤩

Your 4k run sounds like it was amazing 🤗 I’m really looking forward to getting back to running, but I think I’ll wait till January to start again…patience and perseverance! I’ll just continue to do more S&F work and get stronger in the meantime 😉

🍏 I would never have bothered too much with stretching & strengthening if it hadn’t been for yours and others motivating posts on all the forums over the years. Once you feel the benefits it becomes part of your life. Who would risk injury when a simple routine and cross training can help prevent it? Thanks Floss! You are a legend here! Xx

Only ever been to Canada's West coast, but Calgary is special because a friend from there helped me to get my favourite job when he was working for a while in the UK!
