🍏 When we are feeling down and life feels very hard… or when those endless grey skies, cold winds and icy lanes deter our running… it’s good to know that way above, the sun is still there!!
This photo was taken by my hubby as he flew across to Ireland yesterday and speaks volumes into our dark days. Spring will return..so will the runs for those on the injury couch, for those with winter blues, bereavement or mental health problems. Sometimes we need help to see that and it’s vital to share your pain with someone.
For running blues we are here to encourage and support you… there is always a silver lining!

Lovely photo of above the clouds over 🇮🇪 Ireland, the German singer Reinhart Mey wrote a song "Uber den Wolken," above the clouds and that photograph sums that song up, the sun is always there even if its not shining on the ground, of course Spring will return in around two months time. 😊
