And it was a good run, I found my rhythm and felt like I could have gone on forever - it was nice after the few bad runs in a row I had
I'll do some consolidation and then start moving on to 10K

Well done backintime ! Those are the best runs!
Congratulations!!! If only we could give you another graduate badge! Hope you’re doing some celebrating 🥳 👩🎓🏅🏅🏃♀️❤️
That’s fantastic news. I knew you’d smash it.
Very well done on completing the programme again 😉👍🎉🎉🎉
Massive congratulations ! It all starts here !!!
I did run 1, wk 6 yesterday and it was fine but the first that I didn't enjoy and the first that was very much a duty run. Am hoping it was a blip and that tomorrow will be more enjoyable.
I had quite a few blips along the way this time round - managed to get a virus and then a stinking head cold / flu thingy again combined with my allergies I had to spread out my last few runs just so I could breathe
I find the duty runs make the good runs feel so much better though - it takes the bad to appreciate the good! This run was the first where I really hit my stride and found my rhythm in all the 9 weeks, but I was so happy yesterday evening, it made the bad runs worth it
That's good to hear! And actually that's one thing I mentioned to my son: pace. I switched around and did a slight uphill to begin with. Since the start of this I have found my gait, rhythm and footfall really easily - maybe from decades old muscle memory. But my pace was uncomfortable yesterday; something just didn't feel right. As you say - this could make tomorrow's the best yet!
Brilliant, well done 🥳🥳
Congratulations 🎊, all the hard work pays off 🏆, well done 👏
Congratulations 🎉🎉👏👏🎉🎉
