Easy guided run

Having done a couple of 5Ks which was definitely pushing myself, I decided to practise what I preach and mixed it up this morning with an a guided run with Coach Bennett. I haven’t used any of the guided runs before on the NRC app, only distance/ time but this was lovely! I think I’m a bit in love with Coach B 🫢 it reminded me of doing the programme with Michael Johnson giving me encouragement!

An easy 20 odd minutes with my running partner - no sunrise this morning just a misty moisty autumnal day. I’ll definitely be using some more of the guided runs.

Hope everyone has a good week 😊

There are a LOT of Coach B fans on here! You are part of a big fan club! Great run and great choice of run buddy too!

Have just read this and you are right, we are suffering with the same 5k malady 😂.

I will take your advice and mix it up a bit x
