Not just the end when I get that sense of accomplishment but the ACTUAL run! And it was because of coach Bennet on the Nike running app.
My first consolidation run I ran just to music, it was ok , but I missed someone telling me how great I was 😂. So this time I used the guided 30 minute run “just a run” with coach bennet on Nike’s running app and it was excellent! Even though I couldn’t get my music streaming at the same time I didn’t miss it as he talks more than the C25K app I think so I wasn’t on my own as long!
I didn’t do great with my pace but I achieved what I set out to do, ran another 30 minute run! And although my pace wasn’t super fast I was more comfortable! Really proud of myself !

Oh well done. I had decided to use the runkeeper app after trying also the Nike App, and am staying loyal for the moment but at some point I just know I will cheat on my chosen running coach and try out some others. Half the fun! Bennet sounds like fun!
I just found it really helpful and motivational..... I am a sucker for some motivational speech 😂. “Let’s celebrate starting this run, don’t wait to the end, the start is the hardest part like getting out of bed in the morning”. Flipping love it! 😂😂😂
Thanks for sharing. I haven’t started any consolidation runs yet and am baffled by all the choices. So I think I’ll give Bennett a go tomorrow. I certainly need some motivation so I’ll let you know how I get on 😀
