This morning did not get off to a good start. The jet lag, headache plus having to titrate up on my medication left me feeling sub human, so I climbed back into bed & slept for an hour.
I woke up and decided the only cure for all of this was a run! A lovely morning but rather chilly, so I put on long sleeve running gear. I decided to fast walk the hill past the sweet peas, to warm up, & then broke into a slow run, wending my way down and back to the house.. a comfortable 20min and first Canadian 🇨🇦 run ✅

Well done Annieapple 🍏 it’s my last day in Florida and I have been running over here but instead of chilly mornings I have had 91% humidity lol but Ive enjoyed my early morning runs as the sun comes up it also helps as the food is rather good over here 😂… keep us updated on your Canadian running 👍
🍏There are many beautiful parks to run in, and lovely paths with stunning views alongside the river. Calgary has lovely views of the Rocky Mountains too in some areas. This bit where I ran yesterday is in the middle of suburbia yet we see deer, muskrat in the pond, moose and many species of birds.
Sounds lovely! My son said he's seen one or two coyotes just crossing the road near to where he lives, in a suburb of Toronto rather than in the city itself.
Twenty minutes is such a great distance. Long enough but not too long. Holiday runs are so special too. Have a fantastic time and keep posting views like this!! Beautiful 😍 😍😍
