W6R2 When the music lets you down.

Having sore hamstrings from recent weed pulling, I was umming and arring whether or not run today, however I'm stubborn so got up for my early run this morning. It's warm and windy 'up north' today and I had to wriggle out of my jacket half way through! Anyway twice my music stopped, first time I somehow got it back on but the second time (just as I started the 2nd 10 minutes of running) it stopped again. I couldn't be bothered fighting with my jacket wrapped around my middle to extract it so no music, only me and the ongoing battle in my head as to why I can't just walk a bit. This is the first morning I've also bumped into other runners, two ladies who said morning as they effortlessly ran passed haha. The point is, I won. I've complete every session as per the instructions. Yey me!!. Now if anyone fancies going to work for me today, I'd be ever so greatful ;-) Good luck to my fellow runners today.

Well done on beating those gremlins and I think it is healthy to run without music every now and again 😁👏

Well run you!! Luckily my music played but NRC decided it didn’t want to record my run. As for work, I’ll let you have that one. Have a fab day & once again, we’ll run, those open runs are a step away👍🏻

Only just gone back to listening to music as apps kept crashing. Music distracts me especially when going past the cemetery 😂😂

Ha! Love your post! Well done-you accomplished it and will feel great in work now!!!

How was it running without your music-would you choose to do it again?

It was ok. I can take it or leave it. At the moment I'm enjoying listening to music instead of my some times negative head!

What's the best music to listen to to while running? I just put running tunes on in Spotify

I just like current dancy tunes. Just search top 40 then look on spotify and create a playlist.
