I found w5 r2 really hard so I am repeating w5 r1&2 again. Can't say they are any easier. But I keep going.

They will get easier…I promise! Take them nice and slow. Do you listen to music? I started listening to music when the runs started getting longer (like now!)…it stopped me counting off the seconds until I could walk again! 😂

It’s fine to repeat runs if you don’t feel confident…but you could also argue that you did actually complete that run, so it’s fine to go onto the next!

Happy running!

I quite like the quiet but I may try the music again. Just need to find something that doesn't irritate me.

In what way are you finding it hard?

More my brain than my legs talking to me.

That's very common. These progressive exercise programs that take you from 'couch', whether it's running, swimming, cycling, weight-lifting, whatever... are designed to doable for the 'couch' person - so they are always PHYSICALLY doable ... what that means is they are essential a MENTAL test.

Having done W5R1 and R2, your body is actually ready for W5R3, it's just that your brain isn't convinced.

Top tip: SWITCH. BRAIN. OFF!
