W4 r2 accidentally became W5 R1....do I go back to W4 r2 or skip onto W5 r2 next time out?

So title pretty much sums it up. due to a mix-up where my ipod deleted the W4 programme I started week 5 r1 by accident when I should have been doing w4 r2. I considered doing it without Laura - but do find the structure helpful, so instead I just thought "what the hell I'll give it a go!" . Whilst it was hard work - I did it. So feeling a bit smug, but my dilemma is now when I run again on Friday do I do the w4 programme, and then repeat w5 r1 on Monday or do I just continue with w5 r2 on Friday? Don't want to get ahead of myself if this is going to set me back in the long run! (pun intended)

Okay I am going to be nasty bunny here. I think you should go back only because W5 is a real mixing it up week and you haven't built up the stamina bank quite yet. W5 R3 is quite a test of all of us, without giving away state secrets...

It sounds as though you're in good shape so maybe it is a little easier for you, but you'll be really angry if you push yourself before you're ready and end up injuring yourself and having to stop.

Nasty bunny checking out now...

But I do hope you get as much buzz from doing W4🏃🏼‍♀️👟

I agree with Jan, go back to week 4. Week 5 is a real step up and you may be able to do it but you risk injury. It's just not worth it.

Do the run... it leads you into the next week and will really be useful. Slow and steady and move into next week having completed all the runs .. and you will be fine!
