Hi everyone! I completed week 5 this evening in the heat. I just canβt believe that I ran for 20mins non stop!! I struggled to run 60seconds in the first run π«’
Between the warm up and run I managed to cover 2 miles but Iβm not concentrating on the distance or the pace, Iβm more excited that I managed to keep going. Iβve read that W6 catches people out so Iβm going to take that easy.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but as you say be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs, just take it slowly and everything will be π.
