Managed to run non stop for 20 minutes. I Can’t believe it. The gremlin came 6 minutes in and nearly made me stop because my ass cheek felt like mike Tyson’s boxing bag. Slowed pace down for about 30 seconds. Felt good and pushed on. And done it. Honestly if I can do it. You sure can. Have trust in the app and yourself.

yess congratulations!!

I too have just completed w5r3 and funnily enough we ran just about at the same pace! (I did 3.5km). Good luck for w6 :)

You're considerably faster than me. I am deliberately holding back on the speed. I only did 3.1km this morning. I'll probably allow myself to speed up a little over the next weeks.

Speed will come Iv been told with fitness and endurance. As long as we get out there. I think my stride and leg length are inhuman which helps cover the distance 😂. Good luck with c25k. 💪🏃🤙🏻

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
