The ducks nearly lined up

So after my last attempt at Week 8 Run 1 on August 12th when I failed to run non-stop as I have when competing C25K the previous two times. As a result it took longer to get the mind set right well today I went and all the ducks were almost in line. Gremlin duck had his backside kicked in line to join the rest of them. Strava fiddled me out of a minute but Laura my coach on C25K and my Fitbit both said I had run just over 28 minutes non stop. Happy is an understatement, failure is not an option to me so we are back on the C25K route just five to go. Good luck everyone.

Good news 👏 well done. Brilliant thing about repeating the plan is knowing thatbit works if you keep at it! Nearly there.Excellent duck control.

Please dont kick ducks, even if they are gremlin ones. Instead pick them up and run for strength training. Good duck... Ehhmmm...luck for upcoming runs.
