Well it has been a beautiful journey and I am happy to report that I have finished my week 9 run 3 and graduated from this amazing program. I am happy to report I have ran by rivers and through forests, on beaches, right out my front door and my dog Parker is loving it. I am so please with my summer progress. I just wanted to thank you all for your support, knowledge, humour and kindness. Thank you for all your posts and stories. I enjoyed reading them so much! I plan on continuing our 5 k runs for awhile and maybe next summer I will consider a 10 k challenge, but for now, huge thanks to you all and Happy Running!🏃‍♀️

Congratulations! If you intend to run 10k next year, i think there are additional runs in NHS' website for building endurance, stamina, etc. Give it a try to remain active. Congratulations again.
