Thank you to each and everyone of you being so supportive through this 9 weeks of training to get to this point. Never thought I would do it. But I have. Thanks to your inspiration and Jo Whileys enthusiasm to keep going.
I did all this with a bulging disc and degenerative discs in my back. Although Iβm feeling it today!!.

Yes I have a bulging disc although it hadnβt been hurting until I started running over the 20 minutes mark. Now my back is affecting my run πββοΈβΉοΈ
